Oddly subdued...

I feel rather glum today.
Maybe it's to do with the starting hayfever season? Or the quietness at work, with Ceejay working from home? Or the continued marking? (At least now it's examscripts -- faster to mark: no comments required.) Maybe it's the thought of all the things I need to do before we move again in August? (So much to do...)
How am I going to hold out until Friday?

Date: 2004-04-07 01:49 pm (UTC)I think I've felt rather glum ever since the Marquis and I watched Donnie Darko the other night. I don't think it's actually to do with the film (which is rather grim in a surreal way), but since then I've just felt so... burnt out, if that is even the right word. It may just be a case of I really need a holiday and to finish the marking, though.
I hope that I'll soon feel a little cheered up, too. I'll be thinking some cheery thoughts in your direction, anyway.
Love,
N.
